Royal Garden Decore – Terms & Conditions

Royal Garden Decore is the trading name of Royal Plantscape Landscape & Gardening Works – L.L.C , a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. All references to “Royal Garden Decore,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to this legal entity.

Effective Date: 23 November 2025

1. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

2. Account Registration & Security

To make your shopping experience smoother, you can create a Studio Chloro account. When you sign up, please provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You’re responsible for keeping your account details—like your password and email—safe and secure. If you ever suspect someone else is using your account without permission, please let us know right away.

While we take good care to protect your information, no system is completely foolproof. Remember, sharing your login info or using unsecured networks can put your account at risk.

We may suspend or close accounts if we believe they’re being misused or involved in activities that break our Terms.

You can update your details anytime in your account settings or by reaching out to our friendly support team.

Please only use your own account—using someone else’s without permission isn’t allowed and could lead to issues.

3. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or subscribing to our services, you agree to receive electronic communications from Studio Chloro, including order updates, newsletters, promotions, and marketing messages. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting our support team.

4. Product Availability & Accuracy

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and images, actual appearance may vary slightly (particularly for live plants). Sizes and colours are approximate. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, depending on current regulatory requirements. Full payment must be received before orders are processed.

We accept payment through third-party providers (e.g., credit/debit cards, digital wallets, buy-now-pay-later options) as made available at checkout. You agree to the terms of those providers.

6. Promotional Codes and Discounts

From time to time, Royal Garden Decore may offer promotional codes or discounts. These offers are subject to the following terms:

  • Promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed retroactively.

  • Each promotional code has a specific validity period and expiry date.

  • Promotional codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.

  • Some products or categories may be excluded from promotional offers.

  • Studio Chloro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

  • Abuse of promotional codes or attempts to use invalid codes may result in cancellation of orders or account suspension.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to selected areas within the UAE. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full service areas, delivery windows, and fees.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our specific policy for live plants and other products. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility, timeframes, and instructions.

9. No Warranties (with 14-Day Limited Guarantee)

We want you to be happy with your plants. That’s why we offer a 14-day guarantee on plant health from the date of delivery. If your plant arrives in poor condition or becomes seriously unwell shortly after arrival despite reasonable care, we’ll offer a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. We may request photos and brief care details to assess the issue.

Beyond this period, all products and services from Studio Chloro are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to offer healthy plants and great service, we do not make guarantees about plant performance over time, especially as care conditions vary by household.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties—express or implied—including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of our site and products is at your own risk.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within a limited time after placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe it violates our Terms or is suspected of fraud.

11. Acceptable Use

We ask that you use our website and services in a respectful and lawful way. You agree not to:

  • Break any local or international laws;

  • Post or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content;

  • Upload viruses or interfere with how our website works;

  • Try to access areas of the site you’re not meant to;

  • Use bots or automated tools to scrape or copy content;

  • Collect personal information about others without permission.

If we believe these terms are being violated, we may take action including suspending or ending access to our site or services.

12. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may offer access to third-party tools or content (such as shipping services, payment gateways, or social media features) which we neither monitor nor control. These tools and links are provided “as is” without any warranties or endorsements.

We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from your use of third-party websites or services. It’s your responsibility to read and understand their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

13. User-Generated Content

We love hearing from our customers! If you choose to leave a review, comment, or submit any photos or content to Studio Chloro—whether through our website, email, or social platforms—you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display this content in any format or media.

We may use this content for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or edit content that we believe violates our policies, is misleading, or is otherwise inappropriate.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party rights or laws. Please don’t share anything confidential, harmful, or unlawful.

14. Modifications to Service or Pricing

We may update our products, services, or pricing from time to time without prior notice. This includes changing product availability, adjusting prices, or making updates to features on our website.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We won’t be liable to you or any third party for any changes, price adjustments, or temporary or permanent suspension of the Services.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including product images, text, branding, and logos — is the intellectual property of Studio Chloro and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

We care deeply about your experience and the wellbeing of the plants you receive, but some things are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Garden Decore (Royal Plantscape Landscape & Gardening Works – L.L.C) is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to:

  • Delays in delivery or fulfilment beyond our reasonable control;

  • Changes in plant condition due to home environments, care routines, or external factors;

  • Injuries, allergic reactions, or other effects related to plants in households with children or pets;

  • Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Our 14-day plant guarantee offers protection for plants that arrive unhealthy or deteriorate shortly after arrival despite reasonable care. Outside this period, plants are considered to be in your care.

This clause applies even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, our maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
