Where We Deliver
At Royal Garden Decore, we deliver within the cities of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Sharjah. We don’t serve outlying areas or other Emirates just yet. We’re working on expanding our reach - so keep an eye on our website or contact us for updates on new delivery areas.
Excluded Areas:
For now, we’re unable to deliver to some locations like Al Dhafra (including Al Ruwais and Liwa), Hatta, Khor Fakkan and similar areas.
Our Delivery Team
We take great care in handling your plants. Each plant is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives healthy, pest-free, and in excellent condition.
Royal Garden Decore uses a trusted delivery team trained to ensure your plants arrive safely. We may also partner with third-party couriers when needed, and this policy applies to all deliveries regardless of who carries them out.
Order Processing
We typically process and dispatch orders the next day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
Delivery Timing
Orders are delivered on the same day they are shipped, typically by 10 PM. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our delivery team will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. If we cannot complete delivery within these attempts or reach you to resolve issues like incorrect address or unreachable location, your order will be returned to us. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you to resolve delivery issues.
Your Part in Delivery
Please ensure you provide an accurate delivery address and contact information at checkout. Be available to receive your order during the agreed delivery window and provide any necessary access details. If you are unavailable or delivery access is restricted, delivery attempts may fail.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible. Contact customer support immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where possible, redeliver, replace, or refund your order.
Collection & International Shipping
Royal Garden Decore is an online-only store with no physical retail locations or in-store pickup options. Currently, we do not offer international shipping and deliver only within the specified UAE cities.
