1. Overview
At Royal Garden Decore, we want you to love your plants and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds subject to the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our processes.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery and only products purchased directly from Studio Chloro via our website are eligible.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact unless otherwise specified.
Due to the live and delicate nature of plants, we offer a 14-day Plant Health Guarantee: if your plant arrives damaged or becomes seriously unhealthy within 14 days despite reasonable care, you may be eligible for a replacement, credit, or refund.
Products outside this window or that have been damaged due to improper care, environmental factors, or mishandling are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, digital downloads, or perishable goods (if any).

4. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery via email at support@royalgardendecore.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
For plant-related issues, please include clear photos showing the plant condition and any damage or signs of distress. Our team will assess your request and provide instructions for next steps.
5. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange for our delivery team (or a trusted courier partner) to collect the item directly from your address.
You’ll receive a Return Authorization along with tips to safely package the item for pickup. Please prepare the item securely to protect it during transit.
Once we've received and checked the returned item, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Studio Chloro error or defective product. If the item was purchased as part of a promotion or bundle, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
7. Exchanges & Replacements
We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. For plants covered under the 14-day health guarantee, replacements may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately within 14 days of delivery. Kindly provide photos and your order number to support@royalgardendecore.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs related to our error.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the refund is still not received, contact us at support@royalgardendecore.com.
10. Additional Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
