📦 ORDERING & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal for a seamless checkout experience.
Can I change or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and save your details for faster future shopping.
🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order? Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International shipping times vary by location.
How can I track my package? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your journey to your doorstep.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We want you to love your decor! If you aren't satisfied, you can return eligible items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
How do I start a return? Please email us at info@royalgardendecore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging our delicate items, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can send a replacement.
🌱 PRODUCT CARE & QUALITY
Are your products weather-resistant? Most of our outdoor collection is designed to withstand the elements. However, for extreme weather conditions (such as deep freezes or hurricanes), we recommend moving delicate statues or planters to a sheltered area to preserve their finish.
Where are your products sourced? We curate our collection from high-quality artisans and manufacturers globally, ensuring every piece meets our "Royal Standard" for craftsmanship and durability.
Do you offer assembly for large items? Most of our items arrive fully assembled or require very minimal setup. If a specific item requires complex assembly, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
